In last September I sent an abstract to GENDER AND WOMEN'S STUDIES '18 / III. International Interdisciplinary Conference on Gender and Women's Studies in Social Sciences and Art which was held at Nippon Meeting Halls in November 23, 2018.

 I made it clear to conference organizers that I was Iranian and I was unable to have any online payments due to international sanctions; instead, I said, I would pay in cash in the day of conference. They accepted my idea and I submitted my abstract via email. At the day of conference, after making payment, I presented my paper and they promised me they would email my certificate and a new version of the conference proceeding including my full text. After I was back to my country, they irresponsibly said they would not do it due to “technical problems.” After I threatened to complain, they only said they would be bale to give me my registration fee back. 

Before the conference I had a search on conference website and found their scientific committee coming from different prestigious universities worldwide and it seemed a good evidence of credibility of the conference to me. After conference I sent  emails to other members of the committee and more than half of them said their names were there without their knowledge. One of the important figures seems to be Prof. Dr. Fouzia Mannan from East West University. After I didn't get proper answer from her about misconduct in this conference, I complained to her university and colleagues, but no one answered!
